Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. In this episode, we come face to face with that inconvenient and inevitable reality of life: change. I believe so much of life's suffering stems from our relationship with change - either wanting things to change or not wanting things to change.

But the harsh truth is that: in life, there is only change. So how do we befriend it? This is undoubtedly a life's work, but I'm devoted to living into my relationship with change. I find such insight in the cycles of nature which allow change to unfold with ease and trust. What shifts for us when we lean into the wisdom of life's natural rhythms?
