The Daily Align is a simple micro-practice designed to reorient your mind, regulate your nervous system, and help you stay rooted in who you are—especially when life feels heavy.
In this episode, we practice together for the very first time. I’m guiding you through the Daily Align in real time while I’m in the middle of a cold/flu, using the practice to reconnect to health, inner steadiness, and support rather than over-identifying with discomfort.
This isn’t about forcing positivity or “thinking your way” out of challenges. It’s about learning how to meet what you’re experiencing from a deeper place—where clarity, trust, and truth live.
What we explore and practice in this episode:
* How over-identifying with an experience creates unnecessary suffering
* The difference between thinking something and being anchored in it
* How to use stillness to reorient your identity and inner state
* A guided Daily Align focused on health (that you can apply to anything)
* How to work with challenges without fighting or bypassing them
