And you know you want to take better care of yourself, eat better, move your body and work out consistently, grow your business, feel connected with your partner & your kids, and not feel so rushed and frantic all the time. You are not alone. There are ways to experience this "full" season of life in more abundance and with more inner peace, but it takes being honest with yourself, getting clear about what it is you deeply desire, setting boundaries and sticking to them, and putting in the inner (and outer) work to create a way of BEING and lifestyle that puts you in the driver's seat of your experience.
