Happy new year and welcome to Gen Z meets World podcast! In this  episode, we sat down to discuss how to build New Year's goals and  resolutions and how to reach them!

We kicked off the conversation by sharing our own goals and resolutions.  Following that, we talked about one of the biggest hindrances in  reaching your goals; the change of constants. Situational changes can  throw you terribly off-track. Hence we discussed when it is okay to  excuse yourself for not reaching a goal and to not beat yourself up for  it. Alongside that, we also tackled the question of how to stay  motivated in reaching your goals. For this, we shared a few tips and  tricks which we usually practice and also some other ones which we  thought might help. Closing off, we also pondered on the purpose of  having a goal and how to best find one if you still do not have one.
