In the most common topic of peoples three types of personailitys in life we break down the prisoner, vacationer, and the learner. 
Prisoner - DOES NOT WANT TO BE HERE (where ever that is in their life)
Vacationer - There for the ride (doesn't mind it, better then anything else they would be doing) 
Learner - Engaged, happy to be there, ready to learn! 
After we learn what these personailites are, we start trying to figure out how to address them and how to help people that are prisoners/vacationers move to the next category. 
Ultimately we want to get everyone in the learners category.
