I have a love/hate relationship with New Years Resolutions. Can you relate?

I love the romanization of them. The new beginnings, fresh starts, clean slate. I'm a sucker for all of that.

I hate how they're sold and marketed to the public. New Year, New You!

*cue Eminem* you don't know how sick you make me...every time I think of you I puke.

So let's make this year a New Year, Be You. Here are some of my tips to not get stuck in the trap.
