So this one time, in the last 4 years, Teri tried to date... and it ended up in her getting attacked, her hair pulled (without her getting horny) and she didn't even left-right good night someone?

There has been a Fair Bit Going On, not only including Teri trying to date,  but getting attacked by a 'friend' of said guy who she is 'dating', taking mushrooms with a stranger, not going home for 3 days, but then managing to turn this shitty situation into a positive, and giving tips on how to focus on the shit that really matters.

This episode is about how she has figured out how to not sweat the small shit in life and how she gets over not only dating the wrong guys, but also just general shit that should not matter.

We cry, and that's okay, it's okay to be sad and upset about something, we are all human, but it's what we do after that matters. We cry, we eat some apple pie, we go take mushrooms with random boys (okay maybe don't do that) but the main point is - we don't fuck out our feelings.

For a long time, I was scared to express who I really was, I cared too much about what other people thought of me, but that all changed, and I'm going to teach you just how to not give a fuck about what people think you of, just like yours truly.
