The 7 things to included in your offer email are the following..... 1. The amount (obviously) 2. The reason for the amount (if it’s under the asking price; why?) 3. Your position (are you in a chain? Are you not?) 4. Your timeline (which exact date would you ideally like the keys on?) 5. Your solicitors details (chose them before offering) 6.
