This is the last podcast episode of 2023! We make these plans for the year and sometimes it goes as planned, there are sometimes detours but it always goes incredibly fast for me! As we wrap up this year, I hope you have time to enjoy your holiday break. Today’s episode is about how to maximize yourself for 2024. Planning and setting goals is just half of the equation. Actually implementing the roadmap that we lay out for ourselves is just as crucial.

The first thing I wanted to share with you is a reminder that business growth is never going to be a one size fits all approach. For me, coaching and mentoring is about passing along the lessons that I have learned so folks can take those lessons, reflect and decide if and how they can apply those things themselves.
