In this week’s episode, we talk about fear. What is fear? How can we cope with fear? What to do when you are afraid and feel paralyzed by your fear. We address the importance of breathing techniques, of telling yourself that you are safe, and of practicing other affirmations. It’s not fear, its excitement! Count to 3 and do it anyway.  The fear will dissipate once you do the thing that you’re afraid of.
