In this two-part episode we will be talking about imposter syndrome.  There are 5 types of imposters, and they typically experience self-doubt in themselves, their skills, or accomplishments. Imposters usually feel the need to prove themselves to others. There is no clinical diagnosis for imposter syndrome, but it is linked to other behavioral health disorders/issues such as burnout, depression, anxiety, and other behavioral health issues. This topic will be broken up into two parts. 

In part 1 you will learn:

-            The definition of imposter syndrome 

-            The different types of imposters 

-            How imposter syndrome affects our lives 

In part 2 we will discuss:

-             The causes of imposter syndrome 

-            How to overcome imposter syndrome 

-            Bible verses to encourage you. 

I want you to remember you are not alone in this journey and you have a purpose in this world. You are not an imposter because God loves you, He made you and he has a purpose for your life.
