Perfectionism - Oof this one thing can hold us captive, in procrastination, in negative self talk and self deprecation - in the pursuit of something that doesn't even exist.

I talk about where I think this stems from, and practical tips on how you can overcome it so that you can start taking action towards the things you really want.

It is a process to overcome perfectionism, but the more that you practice these things I share, the more freedom you'll find in your life. 

As Bob Marley once said "emancipate yourself from mental slavery, non but ourselves can free our minds" - It is possible.

p.s. - You might hear some birds chirping in the later part of the recording, consider it a bird sanctuary sound bath lol  (It's part of my recovering perfectionist practice to publish this anyway even if it's not 'perfect')
