Most of us feel overloaded (to some degree) with information, raising kids, working in or out of the home, taking care of your home, keeping up with relationships and trying to make time for a hobby every now and then. We feel like we’re always “on.” Can you relate?
Unfortunately, this feeling of being overwhelmed and overloaded creates stress — and in large doses (on repeat), stress is not good for the human body! It can lead to all sorts of health issues, which is not God’s desire for you or me.
Today, let’s dig into God’s Word and see if we can discover how to overcome stress and anxiety His way!
