Here’s the big takeaway for today’s episode: get in the habit of only saying and PRAYING what you believe. Yes...I gave the punchline away before you tuned in...but it’s so important and very few people have mastered this “basic” of how to pray in faith! 

In order to pray in faith you have to know what you believe in your heart before you begin to speak or pray with your mouth. And, you should also endeavor to know what God’s WILL is on the matter so that you have an anchor for your faith! 

That might mean you should take a pause before you jump into praying…

“Wait, Pastor Beth, are you telling me to not pray right away?” 

Yes! I’m encouraging you to know what you can believe for based on God’s Word -- the Bible -- before you jump into hasty and faithless prayers. Let’s talk about it!
