Subconscious beliefs often secretly program our frequency. How to level up your mental game and change your vibrational frequency.

In this episode Jennifer explores the mental layer of vibration, describing how deeply ingrained thought patterns and habitual responses can keep our frequency on autopilot. She reflects on how much of what feels like “how I am” is really programming we’ve absorbed over time, and how noticing these patterns opens the door to conscious choice and tuning our vibrational frequency.

Jennifer suggests that when we observe ourselves reacting out of habit or fear, we gain the opportunity to update old programming and operate from a more expansive, aware state.
