We are burned out as a society right now. The daily stress, fear and anxiety caused by the Covid-19 global pandemic has stretched us mentally, physically and emotionally to the brink. You are a human, not a machine. If you’ve hit an inflection point in your career or your home life, it may be time to pause and to take a break. You have the choice to rediscover your interests, strengths, and priorities. It’s ok to admit you might be burned out. There is life on the other side!
