Is this what success truly means to you, or is it what society has told you that you need to do in order to succeed?
In this week's episode, I was fortunate to sit down with Zoe Côté to discuss the concept of success and how we can define it for ourselves. At the end of the day, if we aren't pursuing what truly matters to us, we won't experience true happiness and peace... and Zoe is going to teach us how we can do just that.
After graduating with a degree in psychology and spending a year working as a journalist, Zoe decided to pursue her passion for mental and physical wellbeing by creating a community centred around self-improvement, mental health, food, and fitness.
Through platforms like TikTok, Youtube, and Instagram, she hopes to show people that leading a healthy lifestyle can be as simple and individual as you want it to be, and that finding balance is one of the most important first steps.
When she’s not cooking up new recipes or lifting weights, Zoe loves self deprecating jokes, laying on the beach, and blasting music in the car.
