Fear and judgement are sneaky energy patterns that can keep your desires out of reach and keep you vibrating in a low-energy state. In this episode, I walk you through the practical practices I use to reframe fear, soften internal criticism, and cultivate a life of peace, presence, and alignment.

If you want real, grounded practices to help you let go of what’s holding you back and move toward the life you’re calling in, this episode is for you.
Reframe Process Outlined:
1. Gain awareness of the fear brain's chatter in this moment
2. Acknowledge this fear brain chatter, and recognize that you are the observer of this chatter, this is not you
3. Connect to the fear brain chatter with love, empathy, and curiosity - this is just old programming that you learned at some point. You're always doing the best you can with what you have. You don't need to criticize this part of you. It just is.
4. Allow yourself the opportunity to focus on another thought (as long as momentum has not yet built). Perhaps recall a time where you had a positive thought regarding the circumstance that is currently troubling. Think, what else could be true about this?
5. How does this new thought make you feel?
6. Continue forward in this new energy.
