    • Gradual Intensity: Start slowly and build up
    • Cooling Down

      • Benefits: Improves flexibility, reduces soreness, lowers heart rate
      • Method: Static stretching with deep breathing

      • Personal Experience

        Warm-ups improve my workouts, making me feel stronger and more focused. Skipping them leads to feeling weaker, getting injured, or being wiped out the next day. Clients experience soreness being replaced by readiness after a solid warmup.

        Reflect on the balance between effort and rest. How do you balance pushing yourself to achieve with allowing yourself to rest and recover? Think about it as you go about your day.
