5. Občan EÚ povolenie na pobyt nepotrebuje - vyplýva mu to priamo z Európskeho zákona o pobyte cudzincov. (An EU citizen does not need a permit to stay - it follows directly from the European Act on the Residence of Foreigners.)
6. Občania EÚ potrebujú na vstup do Slovenskej Republuky len platný cestovný doklad, prípadne identifikačnú kartu. (EU citizens only need a valid travel document or identification card to enter the Slovak Republic.)
7. Ak sa cudzinec tretej krajiny rozhodne bývať na Slovensku, musí sa zaregistrovať a požiadať o povolenie na pobyt. (If a foreigner from a third country decides to live in Slovakia, he must apply for a residence permit.)
