Mastering the craft of coaching

How to Self-Coach

Listen Later

If you are still here you have heard me talk a lot about self-coaching and you might be curious what that even entails. Being coached and learning how to self-coach has changed my life in so many positive ways. I am a firm believer that if we all did it daily we would have a lot less struggle and suffering in our lives, our families, in our communities, and on our planet. Now more than ever as we all live through the biggest global pandemic in history, it’s important that we learn how to manage our stress and anxiety. The world is filled with judgement. I don’t know about you but I am seeing it everywhere. When we take these judgements on, we often become anxious, bitter, angry, and lash out. Learning how to not take things personally will help us all be kinder less judgmental individuals. The self-coaching tool that I am going to teach you today is here to help you be less judgmental of yourself and others. To begin to think intentionally instead of defaulting from your subconscious programming. In today’s episode I am going to teach you how to start a self-coaching routine. This is an episode not to be missed. I keep it short and easy for you to follow. I would love to hear your thoughts and how it’s working for you.
