How do we improve our sales when we are not “sales people”?  Make no mistake, this is a sales job.  Whether we are doing services for our clients or recommending retail it is all sales.  But it doesn't have to be "Salesy".  We talk about successful businesses such as Mary Kay Cosmetics and Zappos and what kind of sales philosophy they used then interpret that in our own sales journeys.
