As we come to the beginning of a new year, many of us set a new years resolution on a goal we wish to meet or accomplish. While many are well intentioned, very few people statistically actually follow through with these goals. The reason is because they set it in a moment of excitement and usually without a clear realistic plan of action broken down in bite sized chunks they can commit to consistently. Well thats going to change, because I share in this episode what you need to incorporate and think about to ensure you accomplish and meet your goals for the new year.
