Today, we're talking about the importance of a clearly defined "north star" - what's your big goal that you can focus everything around?

We've seen this in so many companies now: too many missions, too many goals. In the end, you can't get things done, and when you do, it's not done as well as it could be if you had a singular mission.

It's not uncommon to work hard, for a long time, to get the opportunities you're looking for. Very quickly, however, the tables turn and you now have to be the one saying no, and turning down an opportunity.
