Getting to sleep is a challenge in itself. Staying asleep throughout the night is a whole different animal. We live very busy lives and there is a lot going on at any moment. It's not a wonder why sleep is mostly abandoned to try and accomplish another task or two. Getting a full nights sleep should be priority number one and there is some things you can do to almost guarantee your results.
