How To Show Gratitude Everyday
(1). Set aside time every day to make a list of what you are thankful for. Ann Voskamp says it best: “When I give thanks for the seemingly microscopic, I make a place for God to grow within me.”
(2). Learn to say “thank you”.
(3). Never allow other people’s bitterness or negativity, influence your inner peace.
(4). Anger, disappointment, failure, and frustration are parts of life; but don’t let them become your default emotions.
(5). Build gratitude around you.
(6). Keep a Gratitude Journal.
