This has nothing to do with trying to beat the algorithm, but it does have everything to do with leveraging engagement on LinkedIn in a meaningful and organic fashion.

You will read post after post, blog after blog, and article after article on how to accomplish that.

But the truth is there is no secret sauce or shortcut.

For me, 3 things have always stood out to increase the engagement of one's content on LinkedIn:

1. Produce content that solves your audience's problem

2. Post a poll 1x per week in a group that is full of your peers

3. Tag 2-3 trusted connections 1x per week in a post they would resonate with
