Narcissism is a hot issue right now, and with good reason. When people speak out about behaviours that have negatively impacted their lives it empowers others to get real about their own experiences and seek help. 

I've dealt with people who have strong narcissistic traits my entire life, across all manner of relationships: family, romantic, friendships, and professional. It hasn't been very fun, but it's sure given me a lot of insight, and opportunity to build a strong-ass boundary practice.

This video illustrates some of the red flags that pop up in a relationship with a narcissist. Not all of the red flags you might encounter are here, and not every red flag means you're definitely dealing with a narcissist. But the more you know, the better equipped you'll be to navigate these troubled waters. This can give you some clues about how narcissists behave and manipulate.

The next two videos in the series will cover magickal tools and practices you can use to keep narcissists away from your energy field, and how to help disentangle yourself from a narcissist if you're already involved.
