Rita McGrath is a Strategy Professor at Columbia Business School and the author of the best-selling book, "Seeing Around Corners: How to Spot Inflection Points in Business Before They Happen." She attended Barnard in the late 70s and received her Ph.D. from Wharton. After that, Professor McGrath was involved in the public sector working for NYC engaged in digital transformation. In addition to her work as a professor, Professor McGrath also speaks, consults, and provides executive education for organizations all around the world.
