I feel like when watching fitness influencers, everyone sees the end product, the peak physical body...but we never see the come-up. There's is an initial confidence gain and hump one must go over when starting to workout, especially in the gym. In this episode, I talk about my personal battle with movement in fitness and how pushing myself so much eventually led to a downfall of injuries. We also discuss things like the comparison trap or how much eating impacts your results as well. It's all a mind, body, and spirit connection.
