Do we need morning routines? Why does everyone seem to be posting theirs? What are the benefits of it? In this episode I talk about a few different types of morning routines: Ayurvedic, millionaires, the miracle morning, some spiritual YouTubers, and eventually mine. So what are some key steps for a morning routine and how can you create one that fits you? Don't get caught up in all the glam people portray, find what works FOR YOU or if you even need one ;)
Ayurvedic Morning Routine
2. Take a few moments to recall your dreams and express your gratitude
3. Rise from bed and gently stretch your body
4. Go to the bathroom to evacuate
5. Splash your face with warm water six times
6. Brush your teeth and scrape your tongue.
7. Swish oil in your mouth while you're getting ready and boiling water for
8. Spit out the oil (IN GARBAGE NOT SINK), and rinse your mouth with warm water
9. Drink your tea and meditate
11. Eat a warming breakfast
