I feel like everyone now a days keeps preaching the importance of shadow work...but what even is it? In short, it's a form of analytical therapy. It's a great resource if you don't have access to therapy or want to use in addition to therapy, or just try it out in general! In this episode we discuss:
-what is the shadow self
-ways to spot the shadow self
-goals of shadow work
-where to start
-how to observe your day to day interactions
-journal prompts for shadow work
PERIODS!!! Why is there so much negative stigma around women bleeding?? What is cycle syncing and how can you apply it to your life? Did you know that you can only get pregnant a few days out of the month? heyooo mi amor, welcome to this episode :) Here we talk about :
-my story with birth control (the pill, IUD etc...)
-the non hormonal form of birth control I use now (basal temperature, LH tests, cervical mucus)
-tampons vs menstrual cups
-the four phases of your cycle (menstruation, follicular, ovulation, luteal)
-what cycle syncing
-vaginal hygiene, yeast infections & UTI tips
As women we are taught to suppress our bodies and be shameful of our cycles, but truly understanding yourself and your body is a beautiful thing and has helped me so much in my spiritual journey. PS men if you are listening this episode has great information for you to understand your mothers, sisters, girlfriends and all women in your life etc :)
Everyone claims that confidence is "fake it until you make it" which is true, but what does this really mean? At the end of the day, your mindset creates your reality. So why not be delusional? Who's even to judge what's real and what's not? We live on a floating rock in the middle of no where, so nothing even matters/ is real. This can be a scary thought, but I like to use it to my advantage in many situations. The less resistance you create, the less resistance there is between you and your desires. When we adapt the abundance mindset, and act as if you already have what's yours, you can trick yourself, and say well, fuck it.

In this episode I talk about letting go of what we have been told as little girls, embracing your true self and being unapologetically you. I also mention ways to unlock this powerful energy through:
-shadow work
-learning manipulation
-manifesting
-seduction
-self confidence
-charisma
-self discovery
-limiting your energy
-and the difference between light vs dark feminine energy
this episode is a repost from my YouTube channel, but I wanted to post on both platforms because sometimes it's nice to just listen, instead of watch, ya know. Anyways, in this I talk about:
- 3 different types of people (IMO)
-don't be wasted potential
-there are two factors when it comes to achieving your desires - FEAR & TIME
-how to break your comfort zone
-create an alter ego
-gratitude
-trusting the process & the universe

ello luv, this ep is all about changing your habits. I know I know, everyone seems to say "new habit new me, change now!" This is not that type of episode don't worry. I talk about the process of making simple, yet attractive adjustments, and realizing the spiritual and mental aspects behinds changing your patterns. I refer to the book Atomic Habits by James Clear, in order to give you some helpful step by step improvements. Leveling up in life starts with self discipline, and learning to follow the long term sense of gratification instead of the short term dopamine rush.

Were you ever curious about solo travel? In this episode I tell you about my personal experience with backpacking Europe the past 6 months, and all the pros and cons that came along with that. Everything we see on travel influencers pages are just highlight reels- but honestly solo travel isn't perfect, but it's critical for self love and self growth. But don't take it from me, listen to the episode, start small, and eventually one day I hope you get to experience all the amazing places this world has to offer <3
