In Episode 2, we talk about weaving a workout or two into your day.  Sometimes we find ourselves "too busy" to workout and stay healthy.  Our guest Mr. Bradford is a veteran, husband, father, runner, home gymmer and he teaches middle school and high school History.  This teacher is always researching different ways to stay active and healthy on YouTube and through podcasts.  He gives us his back story on why and how he got into teaching and his experience thus far.  
We have a short conversation about how much David Goggins, his book and his story mean to us.  He gives us tips on staying fit or getting into shape from home without spending money, finding extra time to get to a gym and leaving your house.   Mike has some "how to" tips to maximizing your 24 hours and avoiding that mental block that stops a lot of us from staying active.
