How many times have you created goals at the beginning of the year, only to look at them in January and then again in December? You see the goals and think, "okay THIS is going to be the year, I just got so busy this year etc." ....Does this sound too familiar? If so, you're not alone. So many of us create such ambitious goals for ourself and then fall through after a couple weeks or even a couple days.
Today's episode is going to get you out of that habit. You will learn how to effectively set goals that you will ACTUALLY achieve. It is never too late to create a vision for yourself and establish completely new goal for your life. But what it is too late to do, is keep coming up with excuses as to why you can't.
