On this week's episode, I sat down with Dr. David Skolink! David is a physical therapist, powerlifter, and host of the Essential Strength Podcast. I actually went on his podcast a few weeks ago, and it was great to get a chance to learn a bit more about his story!  

David suffered several back injuries throughout his journey and offers some incredible advice on how to stay motivated when injured, why seeking counsel from a reliable source can expedite the healing process, and tips on how to use affirmations correctly.
