In today’s episode we share our tips and own experiences of what we do when we lack motivation in our everyday routine. For a lot of us there are times when we just don’t feel good. We’re just not as perky as we usually are because we’ve been physically or mentally drained. However, even in those times of energy depletion we can still aim to become more productive. But also keeping in mind that there are times where you just need to allow your body to rest from pushing it to its limits. Remember we are all human, and sometimes we need to listen to our bodies and just have a self care day... and that’s perfectly ok too!
