Todays episode is all around the labels we attach to & give meaning to and how they are completely ruining how we see ourselves.
We have the power to give MEANING to literally everything in life, to every experience, to every action and what meaning we give to them can ultimately shape the kind of person we believe we are. Not only does it shape who you believe you are but also has a massive effect on the actions you take each and everyday!! So learning how to stop attaching and giving negative meaning to the things you do and experience each day is going to be one of the MOST empowering tools you can learn.
This is something i really work on with my clients and to tell you the epiphanies they have once they stop attaching and just seeing the "negative" as something they experience rather than who they are.
Who you are at the CORE is separate from everything you experience in life. of course experiences shape us as humans which is very important. We as humans attach to the negative experiences and allow them to become who "we are" but i hope i can help you see that they don't need = each other!!
