Exhaustion worrying about their reactions - scared of being rejected by them
feeling resentful and humiliated

3 They become harder to please - they value you based on how much you do for them. the more you do the more the want. and so you suffer more because you spend more energy on them

When you realise you can break free from people pleasing, it often causes you to be scared to do so, or angry and frustrated at the way you have been compliant for so long. Remember to have compassion for yourself on this healing journey. You’ve been trained in this way. Recognising that it is subconscious programming allows you to let it go.
