Group 1 is burnt out and overwhelmed, exhausted, maybe miserable, and doing so much it's draining them and they need help and aren't sure how to delegate or who to delegate to and it's completely exhausting.

Group 2 is doing what they love and what excites them, but they say yes to everything and don't realize some of the things they're saying yes to are actually NOT helping them get to where they want to go.
