How To Stop Crappy Habits/Part 1

I invite you to pick one habit you’d like to stop for a predetermined period of time. Forty days is a terrific amount of time, but if that feels too long, pick a shorter period of time. 

Consider these questions:

  • Which habit will you stop?
  • How long will you take a break from this habit?
  • Why do you want to stop the habit? 
  • What result might you create if you stop it?
  • How will you feel if you create that result?
