How to Stop Feeling Jealous of Your Pregnant Friends

We have all felt jealous at some point in our lives, and we have all felt how awful this emotion is to feel.
Because honestly, it often feels like one of the worst ones!
And when your friends seem to be getting pregnant easily and you have been struggling for years, it can feel like an awful kick in the heart and gut.
So up rears her ugly head, JEALOUSY! It's this emotion that makes us feel out of control of ourselves. Angry and bitter at someone else's good fortune.
And that's not who you thought you would ever be - jealous of your friends good fortune?!! The idea seems ludicrous to your conscious mind.
But UGH - you still feel it!
So today, I'm going to walk you through how to start letting go of the feeling, so you can be nothing but happy for your friends.
