Waiting isn't punishment—it's actually our proper posture as creatures dependent on our Creator. Most of us are obsessed with speed, but hurry and love are fundamentally incompatible. When we’re constantly rushing, we simply can't love God or our neighbors well.
Drawing from Lamentations 3 and Psalm 130, we’re looking at why waiting is a sacred space where God meets us and transforms our desires. This isn't about passivity; it’s about actively surrendering to the Spirit's leadership. Will we keep outpacing our own spiritual growth, or will we learn to wait well?
