This audio book proves to be an easy listening and informative book with recommendations which were both believable and achievable... many self help books in this genre leave you with a feeling that they're written for someone else who is more capable or has more enthusiasm or resources... I loved this book and it wAa written in an unpatronising and delivered the information in a friendly encouraging manner ... Well worth a read
JUST painful!
I wanted to tear out my hair by chapter 3.... full of absolutely useless obvious advice - look elsewhere.
