Season 2 is here and just in time to help you cope with that unwelcomed guest some of us struggle with during the holidays. Yeah...I'm talking about Seasonal Depression. 

It's time we talked about it, but the Phenix Way. This season will be different than last and stay tuned as present a new way of hosting a podcast. I can't promise that depression won't hit you this year, but I can promise that I will do my best to help you prepare and cope with the symptoms.
