How To Survive High-School

In this episode, we dive into some of the best advice I have heard from my own parents over the years. In an interview with my dad, we go deeper into his own explanation of each piece.

Her messages she spreads using her platform (one of them being self-acceptance), her accomplishments and her inspiration to better yourself and to always look at the good in things, to people all over the world are just a few things that make this Canadian so great. I present to you, Alessia Cara.

For this podcast’s second episode, we take a deep dive into the life of Magdalene Kruse, a German teen at the time of the Second World War. In a story told by Maximillian Lütgens, Magdalene’s grandson, we learn about the close contact she had with bombs, soldiers, traumas and about how people who survived the war overcame those traumas, making them even more “mentally strong” than before.
