In this episode, I'm diving deep into a topic that's really close to my heart – health anxiety and being highly sensitive.

I'll share some personal stories about my own struggles with panic attacks and how it felt like my body and mind were constantly at odds. We'll chat about how being highly sensitive can sometimes amplify those tiny shifts in our bodies, leading to spirals of worry.  I'll talk about how I learned to distinguish between negative spirals and intuition. It's like tuning into your inner compass and learning to trust it.
