What qualifies you to be an expert, and does it even matter?

I'm someone who's been teaching experts how to sell for almost 20 years. There are some telltale signs I look for to gauge someone’s expertise.

These are the things that I look for to determine whether someone is the best in their field or “just okay.”

You can have a successful business with or without self-proclaimed expertise!
