One of the most common sites of injury for any runner, triathlete or endurance athlete is the lower body, and more specifically below the knee. However the information and education around preventing and treating these types of injuries is still very generic and surface level. Advice such as "do more physio", "get stronger" or "get a run gait analysis" can leave many feeling more overwhelmed or unsure than before.
