Lorne and Abby talked about how you can make videos right now for free that will engage your candidates.  As for gear Abby, say's "With a smartphone, a microphone to get good audio, and a way to stabilize your shot you can produce videos that are much higher quality than you might think". One of Abby's pro video tips is to "flip your camera horizontally as it captures double the resolution" Abby says that "candidates want to hear stories from behind the scenes; they want to see a typical day" Lorne and Abby talked about the best questions to ask candidates and Abby shared her favorite question which is "what surprised you most about this job?" Abby said that based on their research "people watch the video for about minute and 36 seconds".
