Ernest Holmes wrote that in the New Thought movement "we are likely to indulge
in too much theory and too little practice."

We need to practice these spiritual thoughts and spiritual modalities, to
integrate them into the foundation of who we are.

"As a matter of fact, we only know as much as we can prove by actual
demonstration."

How to Use It

We are a spiritual community that blesses all teachings and all spiritual teachers. We know that there is no wrong way to worship, whether it be lighting a candle, facing the east, burning incense, repeating a mantra, lighting a menorah, or offering prayer. The three things that people are most afraid of are death, other people, and
their own minds.

The Buddha said this, "All we are is the result of what we have thought. It is
founded on our thought. It is made up of our thought. If a man speaks or acts
with an evil thought, pain follows him, as the wheel follows the foot of the
ox that draws the carriage.
